It's a Podcast...

Do you love creating art but keep trying to do it perfectly? Are you afraid to waste supplies or make disappointing art? Then you can relate to my story. This podcast is all about letting go of perfectionism not only in our art but also about self-care and chatting about life issues that you care about. We will have real conversations about the topics that keep us from living freely and what we can do to overcome. So let’s get to it!

But it's also for FUN!

How to realize you're normal

By sharing stories about art, anxiety, and the need to do things perfectly, we can learn that everyone is essentially the same. We struggle similarly, want to be more calm, and don't know how to do it on our own. I hope this podcast can help.

How to enjoy art more

We so often get stuck in our art anxiety, afraid to move forward. We compare ourselves to others and wish we were better artists even without the intense practice. I hope to encourage you to enjoy the whole journey, every brushstroke, drawn line, executed recipe, musical instrument played.

No matter what our art is, and it can be gardening, music, wood carving, crocheting, drawing, we can get caught up in wanting to perform it perfectly. But that takes the fun out of the process. I'm here to help you change the narrative, breath and relax, and focus on the things you're loving in the moment, not what you hate.
